GEEZERS BARTENDER OF THE MONTH FOR
JULY 2007
Cassy is the Third Bartender from one of our favorite Geezers Nite Out Wednesday night stops, Johnny Malloy's in the Strip Mall behind Chapel Hill next to Geppetto's, to be chosen as on of our Bartender's of The Month (BOTM). Tracy was BOTM for January 2006, and Co-BOTM with Susie for November of 2005. Jenny was our BOTM for September of 2006. Jenny was also one of Jerry's Corvette Girls which you can see the pics of on Jerry's Corner. So you see we like the place and the bartenders. Cassy is always very friendly and attentive to us Geezers whenever we come in on a Wednesday. And it just so happens that she works Wednesdays. So we figured this was just meant to be. Having Geppetto's next door is a real plus. We have brought a few people in from out of town to Malloy's and they continuously rave about the pizza at Geppetto's. Also, the Happy Hour on drinks and beer from 4-7 along with a free pizza bar makes it an offer we just can't refuse. Then with 10 100" Flat Screen TV's there just isn't too much more that we can ask for. If there is Cassy, and all of the friendly bartenders at Malloys' will fulfill our every need. This is one of the few places that we come to even when we aren't meeting formally with The Geezers. When we asked Cassy to do this, and we started taking pictures, she asked that we take a few candid photos. So we followed her every move and badgered her with camera flashes when she least expected it. We will be taking more pictures throughout the month so keep checking the website, and stop in and see Cassy, and tell her that The Geezers sent you.
