Bad for his singing voice.Here is SPIKE (L) smoking one of the cigars that he brought for all fo us sitting next to R. B.We are now at the Tiki Bar on the deck of our hotel, Shephard's Beah Resort, in Clearwater Beach, FL. The four piece band is the Sweet Spot Band. They were very talented. Their website address is sweetspotband.com.This is the lead guitar player for the band. He was good, but had an unusual haircut.Here is SPIKE yucking it up on the deck at Shephard's with JIMBO.This is the TICKET to our Superbowl party at Shephard's out on the deck of the Tiki Bar. There were 8 of us there. ME(Joebo), R.B., S.B., SPIKE, FERGIE, BILLY BOB, DRUMSTIR, and JIMBO. A record for the number of Geezers in Florida at the same time.Here is a shot of the inside of our room at Shephard's. R.B., S.B., and I were sharing it. We were joined by SPIKE, and JIMBO on Sunday night after the game. Yes, it was cozy.Here is R.B. attempting to open a fresh bottle of Jack Daniel's for a drink. This is a 3-piece authentic Reggae band playing on this afternoon. Check out a video clip below.Here are some young ladies daning to the music while celebrating a birthday party.This is a replica of a ancient pirate ship that used to roam the high seas in search of treasures. Of course it is a modern vessel that gives people rides up and down the bay.FERGIE alwasy ahs to reming me to get a shot of the beautiful sunset down here on the Gulf.I did not get a good close up of this boat, but it is a speed baot shaped like a shark.I took a picture of this sign because a couple of the Geezers were out on the balcony of our room feeding the seaguls. The only thing is they were swarmed upon by the birds, and ran back into the room for their lives.I just had to take a picture of this. There was a lot fo it going on in our room!Not sure what this was about!Now THIS I know. It was one of many Pina Coladas that i ahd at Shephard's Tiki bar.SPIKE with our fave waitress at Shephard's, Melissa. Somehow she always ended up at our table. Was that on purpose or by mistake? Some beachgoers partying at the Tiki bar during a warmer part of Super Bowl Sunday!Same group getting down on the deck to the live band.Here is CORINNE. She was our waitress for the Super Bowl gmae. MELISSA works during the day. DRUMSTIR (Back of head), BILLY BOB, and S.B. getting ready to watch the game. Either Chicken or Ribbs or a little of both, baked beans, cole slaw, and a roll plus all you could drink of draft beer, well drinks, wine, or margaritas for $25. Not a bad deal. FERGIE left before the game got exciting. R.B. and S.B. were watching the game inside at another bar. We joined them after DRUMSTIR and BILLY BOB left. I bought a round of Pina Coladas. SPIKE with his.JIMBO enjoying his. Here is mine!R.B. and S.B. decided to go to the Nite Club while the rest of us went to the room. This picture is that of S. B. after he and R. B. returned from the club.S.B. needed a little help from SPIKE to attain a horizontal position on the bed. This is S.B. before he retired for the nite once he became horizontal.
