There may not be as much to do in Homosassa that there is in Clearwater Beach but one thing they have there that they don't in Akron, OH is a Sonic Drive-In. Yum!Another shot of the Sonic Drive-In. Here is R. B. relaxing outside of SPIKE's trailer in Homosassa. This was on Feb 5th when the weather in Akron was quite different. R.B. is joined by S.B. drinking coffee on a February morning in Florida. Trees in SPIKE's back yard. The tree with moss hanging off of it. I call them Seaweed trees.A Panoramic view of the Ponderosa. S.B. also soaking up the sun at Seagrass.This is a little hard to explain. R. B. has a habit of writing love notes on his bills to the waitress or (Female) bartenders. Usually they are on S.B.'s bill. At Seagrass we had a bartender who barked like ea dog.....for $2 a bark! Figure it out.Here is S.B. clowning around with the dummy that greets people at a place called the Yardarm. This must have been a statue of the Gorton Fish Man!This is Monkey Island just outside of the Yardarm. Look real close. You can see some monkeys on the island to the left. They don't like water so they have no way off of the island.Here is the menu from the Yardarm. Look real close. You can see the item called Alligator Tail. We had an order of that.We also had an order of the Fisherman's Combo. S.B. treated us to that. However, I paid for it the rest of the night! OMG! You can see the Alligator Tail at the bottom left of the photo.Here is JIMBO FISH. Not Jimbo Fisher! He joined us at the Yardarm later on on the day. Unfortunately his wife KAREN, was sick during our visit. That was bad luck for her. Or was it?The Geezers part of R.B.'s trip was OVER. However, he did stay in Ft. Myers with his wife BRENDA for a few more days.The last shot in Florida was that of SHULA BURGER at the Tampa airport!
