GEEZERS DAY OUT FOR ST. PATTY'S DAY AT KEVIN O'BRIEN'S ON FRIDAY                           MAY 13, 2015
Every year on the Friday before St. Patty's Day the best Irish Band in Northeastern Ohio, Callahan & O'Connor, start off St. Patty's Day week. They are a great band, and they have the creator of the famous Monopoly Band, Ritch Underwood, playing with them.
It was a great time, and if you happen not to go anywhere else to celebrate this great day, then this was the place!

This is an IRISH Bloody Mary. It has bascially the same ingrediants that a regular Bloody Mary does, but the garnishes are a piece of celery, a pickle, and an olive on a toothpick with a sliver of Jalapino pepper in between. It's HOT! Here are our bartenders for the day. From L-R are Phillie and Anna. Anna's father is a friend of Krisko who is a friend of The Geezers. Here is Anna without the Green wig I gave her to wear. It was too hot to wear while working behind the bar during a busy day. Phillie behind the taps. The BEST Irish band in Northeastern Ohio bar none. Well.....maybe a few!And here we have Rocco Vaselino (Better known as Ritch Underwood) who is a member of the Irish Band. He is Mr Rock 'N Roll, and the founding member of the band Monopoly! This is Sabrina . She's got to be Irish. Check this outfit out! He He He!This is Michael Callahan, one of the Callhan Clan, sitting in singing a number. He is an Akron lawyer and a former Judge and Prosecutor who was invlolved with a few high profile cases in the Akron area. He did a great job singing.This is one of the St. Patty's Day party goers at KOB's who was sitting next to R. B. I didn't get her name. Irene, formerly of Irene and The Irishmen who performed every year at Tangier's, sat in for a number or two. It was good to hear her again. Here is a close up of Irene.
