Kentucky Derby 2013 At          The GALAXY
139TH KENTUCKY DERBY THE GALAXY MAY 4, 2013Here we have DARLA one of the bartenders who was also multi-tasking as the announcer for the events taking place that day at The Galaxy. And here we have JESSE who showed up in the nick of time to help out and then take over. OK, this is hard to explain. Let's jsut say that more than oen Geezer showed up for the Derby Party. we were invited to pick the Winner on one board and and to either to Place or Show on another. None of us had the winning horse. But ONE of us picked the horse who finished dead LAST! Guess Who? And here is a close-up of the Last Place Trophy. Also referred to as the Horse's posterior!
Some of us went to The Galaxy for the 139TH Kentucky Derby Party, Saturday, May 4th. It was well run, and we had a great time. Darla and Jesse took good care of us at the bar. They had a hat contest, an Alien Race, and we had the opportunity to win Gift Certificates if we picked the Winner on one board or  Place or Show on another board. We also had a chance to win $500 if we hit the Tri-Fecta exactly. We only won ONE thing. Check the pics below to find out what it was!
