GEEZERS NITE OUT - THE TILTED KILT - NO CANTON - JANUARY 11, 2012

Here is the DRUSMTIR (On the right) with his son GARY with our TILTED KILT GIRL for the evening AMANDA K.

This is waht GARY ordered for dinner, and later on DRUMSTIR. It is called the FAT BASTARD MEATLOAF SANDWICH.

And here is the Birthday Boy, the BIG BOI (Dougie), with a few of the Tilted Kilt girls. They are posing with him for a pic before they take him into the dining room for their Happy Birthday ritual.

Here we have one of the Kilt girls announcing to all of the customers that it is the BIG BOI'S B-Day. The lead girl counts to 3, and then all of the Kilt girls and customers yell HAPPY BIRTHDAY!

The Kilt Girls and the BIG Boi head back to the bar area after another successful Happy Birthday gig.

This is the Birthday treat that the Kilt Girls brought out to the BIG Boi. He said that it was warm chocolate syrup over vanilla ice cream on top of a cookie.

I (J.BO) was taken aback how NAVEEN identified me on my bill at the end of the evening. I was very humbled to see "HANDSOME" on it.

That pained look on TRICIA'S face is saying: "Hurry up and take the picture!" It was a busy night for the FAT TUESDAY PARTY. At least she had BRI behind the bar to team up with her.

And here is my ALFRED HITCHCOCK moment. Normally I don't like being in our pictures. But this time I didn't mind as CHRISTI NICHOLS from WONE 97.5 was in it with me!

This picture of R. B. is a little hard to explain. He has this piece of artificial hair that he purchesd a few years ago in Florida as a joke. He uses it as an albeit "Toupe" when anyone makes fun of his lack OF!.

Here is the "thing" we will call it, laying on the bar. Ew!

DRUMSTIR is using it to impersonate the late ventriloquist SENOR WENCES who was a regular act on the ED SULLIVAN SHOW. He would use a wig similar to the one Drumstir is using for a fictional character, JOHNNY. Wences would draw a face on his thumb!

Here are two people that we didn't know who were sitting next to the CANDYMAN. The girl was out for a visit with her Dad. They saw us taking pictures, and they wanted us to take one of them. Here ya go!

This is ANGI. We have never seen Angi at The Basement before. When we asked her to let us take a picture, and why, she said that she had heard

Here is TRICIA, Wednesday nite bartender. One of our faves.

Here is SPIKE (Swish), and his son ROB pigging out Pun intended) on Ribs at Legends.

SPIKE took a break to pose for the camera. Legends has a Dinner Special for 1/2 rack of Ribs for $6.99. They are mavelous!

It was voting nite (April 25). However, our Entertainment Director, R. B., neglected to have the ballot ready. He is a busy man at Goodyear. Here he is preparing a ballot for voting.

I had to retake the Previous pic because of the glare off of R. B.'s bald(ing) head. So some of the Geezers were trying to help me out by covering it up.

Wednesday (4/25) was the NFL Draft Eve. Not only was the draft to be broadcast for three straight days, but they had to have a Pre-Draft show on ESPN. Here is the infamous CHRIS BERMAN leadign it off.

This is BOB HOLZMAN from ESPN reporting on a Cleveland Browns story. It was a quote from General Manager TOM HECKERT concerning TRENT RICHARDSON. In case you can't read it Heckert said: "If you take a running back this early he better be worth it."

This is RACHEL NICHOLS also from ESPN. She was reporting on a NFL Draft related story, but the reason I took this pic is that i think she is a DONNA (Rosonnadonna) MINER look-a-like. Most of us knew Donna from Goodyear. She is now working and living in Memphis, Tennessee.

And here is the FISHMAN...I mean...CANDYMAN. VOIGLE will be heading up to his condo on Catawba Island for the summer. Goodbye V!

Here are two of our bartedners for the evening, VALERIE on the left, and CHELSEA. Valerie was working during the day. And she owes me one of her "Special" Bloody Mary's next time that we are in.

And just recently back from Florida is FERGIE. He returned with his wife, BRENDA, last Sunday, April 29. They have been gone since sometime in December of 2011. The BIG BUDHA is in the foreground.

Besides being out of focus this photo looks like a mistake. Well it's not. It is a picture of a crumbled up napkin in front of a napkin holder. Why you say? Look at the next photo.

Here is our "class clown" R.B. with that naughty grin on his face. The BIG BUDHA (Dougie) was sitting in front of the napkin holder. R. B. threw it there encouraging Dougie to start the annoying prank that he pulled on TRICIA at Legends last Wed. Go to News for APRIL for story. Dougie said NO!

The picture of this couple looks like it was taken at the track in Kentucky. Quite a fitting outfit for the event.
We thought that they should have had a special catergory for couples. The lady was in the Hat contest.

This is LAURIE our bartender at the breezy outside bar. She was working during the day until SUE got there. As cool as it was down there we didn't expect them to be open for long.

Most of the GEEZERS left for a warmer place such as DUSTY'S LANDING. They both have the same owner.
FERGIE and I (JOEBO) went to the bar inside to order some food where LAUREN waited on us. We met her in 2010 at Hook Line & Drinkers. We took the pic that is on the HOME page.

Here is a picture from a newspaper that R. B brought with him. It is a picture of a very heavy Indian man being splashed by water. It's a long story, but the keywords are DOUGIE and BIG BUDDHA! Ask Himmmmmmmmmmmmm!

Here is DRUMSTIR holding one of the Reservation signs under my name (JOE BUZ) for the GEEZERS group.

This is an add that was on all of the tables for a Special Large Kryptonite Margarita at Fox & Hound.

DRUMSTIR (L) and SPIKE each tried one. I (JOEBO) got a regular Margarita. I had a little problem with the drink, Kyrptonite (at Katmandu) in my youth.

My Cuz ANDY and his wife JEANETTE. Both work at Hacker's now and then. My cuz, RICK, his brother, was a No-show!

The band for the evening was MYSTIC TAXI. In this pictrue, the female lead singer is MARY ELLEN. FRED is on the drums, and JOHN (Livigni) is on the bass guitar. The drummer, Fred, has played with the BIG BOI, and JOEBO before with the OBGB. Dougie also knows the bass player.
