LET'S PARTY WITH MARDI - Lucy's She Cave - Springfield, OH - February 26, 2016
"Mustang Lucy" threw a party in her "She" Cave for her dear friend Mardi Allen. Oh I think I see Mardi now!This is the first picture of a 3 Parter where Joe, S. B., and Mardi were supposed to have a "Pinkie Up" drink. I think Joe, who was first up, had the wrong "Finger" Up. Here is S. B. with "Pinkie" Up!And Mardi with "Pinkie" Up. Oh well,I guess 2 out of three ain't bad!Here is Mardi with two of her SHS classmates. And Joe happens to be one of them.Here are two of Mardi's SHS classmates again and .....JOE!Mardi, Classmate and...JOE!Again...Mardi, Classmate and.....joe!Here is Tom, one of our hosts, and our bartender for the night!Three more of Mardi's classmates and.....No Joe!Here is a lovely "selfie" of yours truly and Mardi. However, it was tainted by the Skinny Photo Bomber!Here we have another picture of JOE along with Dougie, and Mardi. The pose has become a ritual whenever we get together with Mardi whenever she is back in town. Here we have something I believe called: Speak, Hear, nor See No Evil. However, I see two Evil dudes with Mardi! And here is "Mustang" Lucy, the hostess of the party, and Marty's BFF!This pic was taken a few seconds after the last one. Something must have been said to cause the laughter. What is wierd is Lucy is out of focus, and Dougie is not! Hmmm!Here is Tom again after a long night behind the bar. CHEERS!Another SHS classmate. Paul Callahan of Callahan & O'Connor. Wonder how they got the name of the group? My sister Cathy, and I know him from years ago in the Ellet neighborhood.Paul with some of the other members of this great Irish Band. Hey....where was Irene?The Famous Ritch Underwood, believe it or not is also a member of this band. He was the founding member of Monopoly. But why he is famous is because he used to play in a band with Joe Walsh.Here he is again with another member of the band. No that is NOT Keith Richards.More of the band. This accordian does not have that hunkie sound. It is all IRISH!Mike Callahan always stops by to belt out a tune.Here I am in my Alred Hitchcock photo. Those of you who are to young to remember Hitch, he was a famous director who was none for his myatery flicks. He alwasy appeared at the beginning of his films.My Hitchcock pic was interrupted byt the famous Ritch Underwood and a member of Callahan & O'Connor in March pf every year.This is a selfie taken by Ritch of Me, Himself, and Swish. However he took it with his Nikon camera by setting the timer and putting the camera on the bar in front of us. Look Ma, No Hands!Here's Ritch with Cocoa. She came to Akron from Buffalo, NY where she was working for a Goodyear subsidiary that was closed.Here is Krisko with her good friend, Jim (Picky Toes). He is a memeber of a group of friends who hang out on the West side. This is Krisko with Karla. They used to work together at Goodyear. Kris has been retired for about a year. And this is Karla's daughter with a friend of hers. They wanted to take a picture of me in my snazzy St. Patrick's Day outfit. Here is Drumstire wearing the hat and Beer Goggles that I brought in my Green Bag. I accumulate St Patty's Day goodies, and bring them every year for all to enjoy!This is an Allen funt (Candid Camera) photo that Krisko snuck of me. I have three Alfred Hitchcock photos in the is gallery. And Spike snuck in another picture when a friend stopped by to wish him well.We don't know whjo this guy is, but Ritch took a pic of him. I guess he is known around town. Earlier in the day Krisko went of her way to buy him a Coke! What a girl!

Our Florida Geezer "Jimbo" Fish surprised us at the Firehouse in Tallmadge. Here he is with Spike (Swish)!Speaking of Spike, here he is enjoying his 2 $1 Burgers. These are healthy burgers, and will fill you up.Jimbo was eating healthy with a Turkey Club Sandwich. He has dropped some weight, and he looked good.This is a Grouper Sandwich that Billy Bob ordered. It doesn't look that big by itself.Here is the Grouper sandwich next to Billy Bob.And here it is Close Up. It is quite a sandwich!Fergie always looks the menu over wherever we go, but he always ends up with the Patty Melt. At the Firehouse it is served on Marble bread.I iordered a Bowl of Chili, and ONE $1 Burger. This is the chili, and it was mighty good. Here are the $1 burgers. They gave me TWO of them. A little too much to eat togehter. I took one of them home in a doggie bag. They are deliscious.Here is Jimbo filling in for S. B. who had more company in town, with a Vokda & Tonic "Pinkie Up"!
